Curacao – Mediterranean Holiday in Central America
Curacao brings back memories of the olden European times. It has a strong Dutch culture, European food, South American Music and a colorful landscape. The most characteristic observation upon arriving to Curacao is the bright colored buildings with orange roofs.
The friendliness of the island is immediately apparent at the airport. Everyone is warm and willing to assist.
Even though the island is fairly small, it is a heaven for the outdoors person. Besides the pristine blue waters, the island offers a range of land activities including hiking, horseback riding and shopping. The island also has national park with a rich reserve of wildlife. Unlike most islands in the Caribbean, Curacao also has a varied collection of museums. The waters surrounding the island are warm, clear and offer every type of water sports.
The shopping in Curacao is more intimate. One does not have the giant malls and plazas like in America but small boutiques and shops filled with quality items ranging from Belgium chocolates, Dutch cheese, fabrics from Indonesia and wooden carving from Borneo. The markets are colorful with foods and fruits of all types.
If you want something to eat, the island has something for every taste. Besides the Caribbean cuisine, the island is rich with European and Asian flavors. For a sea food lover, Curacao is paradise.
For the night lover, Curacao has every type of entertainment to sparkle your life. After dark almost every club, bar and restaurant has some type of musical event and beautiful people. Jazz, samba and hip hop and can be heard till early hours of the morning.
Curacao is not difficult to reach. Most airlines in North America fly direct to the island. Even though the island is small and has decent transportation, one may rent a bike, car or an ATV to get around.
There is ample accommodation on the island. The hotels come in all styles and many come with inclusive packages. The hotels cater to every type of budget and most offer some type of package deal for divers. Those tourists who want to stay long; there are luxury villas with private pools that can be rented for any length of time.
Curacao is ideal for families, couples or singles who want to escape the cold winter. It is a superb place where one can sit under an umbrella at the pool, stroll along the waterfront or dive along the beaches. The biggest surprise is that package deals available today are generally less than $1000 for a 5-7 day trip.

Tourist Apartments Bring You Closer To Venice, Italy
Personal Experience
It's not even that the people who choose to look into Venice apartments for their stay are snubbing all that luxury that the larger hotels have. For most of these people it's just that looking into a different kind of lodging allows them to have a more personal experience.
When you first start looking for one of these you might be surprised at the tremendous amount of choice that you have and the amenities that are available with each one. A quick look shows that many of these are located on canals or near famous markets in the city proper and the listing often has a list of amenities that looks something like:
- 50 meters from the famous Rialto Market
- 1 minute from Rialto Bridge
- 7 minutes from Saint Mark's Square
Often getting to look at the best in Venice apartments is as easy as finding the right Website that promotes these and one of the first things you'll notice is the fact the Italians take Venice tourism very seriously. Of course the advantage that many of the travelers that take advantage of these apartments see is the way these Venice apartments afford them the chance to get up close and personal with the markets and canals that are one of the city's largest tourist attractions.
Typically, these generally affordable apartments are located in places like Sestiere of Santa Croce which is the ancient heart of the city. For those who want to set out of the usual tourist trap as they proceed on their vacation in Venice, these Venice apartments offer a great way to live in among the people of that great and romantic city. It all starts with a quick trip to the Internet where these Venice apartments are all attractively displayed for you viewing pleasure.

The Best in Santa Fe Hotels
Of course like any other place that caters to tourism, some Santa Fe hotels attract a little more attention than others. At the top of the list for the ones that are both unique and attractive is the Inn on The Alameda. This is a wonderful mix that's been modeled on a European design and this accommodation is found within easy walking distance to all the things that you'll want to see while you're in Santa Fe like museums and art galleries. This hotel has quite an impressive list of the kinds of amenities that most of the tourists that travel to the area are looking for including air conditioning and non smoking rooms that are available upon request. As well as dial up Internet access, the Inn on The Alameda also has cable and satellite television and several restaurants in the hotel. This hotel also has one of the Santa Fe hotels pet welcome designations that means you are more than welcome to bring your animal friends with you.
The choice that you get when you're looking at Santa Fe Hotels also extends to the traditional. Take a look at the Homewood Suites Santa Fe as well and you're sure to see that this 79 room accommodation has all the amenities that you're looking for. This is the place that boasts a Native American atmosphere and here all the suites have separate living and sleeping areas for that apartment feel. Some of the other features include, a business center with a safety deposit box at the front counter and a swimming pool and a laundry service. There are quite a few choices when you're looking for the right place to stay in Santa Fe. Once you get good look you'll wonder why you didn’t have Santa Fe hotels on your holiday list before.

Welcome to the World of Remi Loves Travelling and Luxury Hotels blog.
We all have tales of our passion and woe from the countries we have travelled to. They can be the key to discovering yourself and the mystery of the humanity -- providing the place for learning and friendships to grow and develop. And travel can be the perfect solution of escape from an all too familiar way of life which suddenly becomes boring.. A hotel room in a different country can be the perfect answer when the need arises the for the tired traveler.. But equally, if you book into the wrong hotel in the wrong country, disaster can be raise its ugly head. Stories are told of illegal activity, moldy conditions, bugs in the bed, cramped spaces or just downright nasty hospitality. The place you choose to sleep can really make or break your whole holiday. If you’re not well rested you won’t have much fun travelling and experiencing a new country. It is vital to make good choices in hotel bookings and then report any poor quality decisions you make and then warn other tourists before they make the same mistake.
The ideal of a great bargain and a comfortable hotel is pretty much desired by all . All of the universe desires a good night’s sleep. A hotel is the perfect place to rest your head when on your travels. It’s a lifestyle choice. Just think of all the different package deal vacation commercials you’ve seen on television These commercials will often play up the traveler’s FEAR of missing out on the perfect bargain vacation experience -- depicting less than satisfactory destinations, noisy conditions, tiny hotel rooms or dirty conditions -- but they have an important message. We all want a good rest in the perfect vacation destination.
So what I propose here on my blog is to write about all sorts of experiences I have had. I will try to focus most on the times that I (or friends of mine) have spent in different countries -- whether passing through, stopping for a long time and looking for work, or just doing the “tourist thing”. I won’t just write about the good stories and try to make things sound better than they actually were. There would be no point of doing that? It would be a waste of time. Don’t worry, the stories won’t be TOO horrifying either. All tales of travel have their highs and lows and this also will be no exception. Some experiences have been somewhat horrific and I will actually tell of them here and there.
So thanks for visiting my blog. Stay tuned and you can find out more about about hotels and travel in many parts of the world and if they are worth your time to visit. Bon Voyage!
